Who we are

A consultancy that aims to motivate

FITCH Consultancy Limited was founded in 2013, by Managing Director, Colette Marston.

After many years of working in globally recognised organisations in various international jurisdictions, it became clear that what prevented individuals, teams and organisations from developing, was an inability to identify specific changes that needed to be made in order to facilitate progress, together with a lack of understanding and resulting communication of the hierarchy of the changes that needed to be made.

It was out of this knowledge that FITCH was founded. A consultancy '"fundamentally interested in the change hierarchy".

Today FITCH works directly with a wide range of clients globally, to deliver outstanding results to anyone interested in change. We are always interested to have a detailed initial consultation with you, to understand what your needs are and how we can set about helping you.

What we do

We take you where you want to go

At FITCH we work directly with you to understand your individual needs and requirements.

We start by listening to you and understanding what you want to achieve and then we set about designing a tailor-made strategy to take you where you want to go. With experience in a wide number of organisations and industries, there are few projects and clients we won't consider taking. For any area of a wider project that falls outside our field of expertise, we collaborate with professionals internationally.

We focus on excellence and delivery, so we dedicate whatever resources are necessary to achieve top end results.

At FITCH we cover three main areas: Business Development, Performance Management and Business Writing. We believe that almost all business activities and people development fall under those headings, making us hugely flexible to approach your needs.
